According to the Autosport website (unfortunately I can't post links yet as a new member of this replacement forum), there is still hope for an 18-car grid next year! Surely, Manor will not be too competitive right away, but it would be a great achievement if they're there and able to qualify within 107%!, wouldn't it?

It would indeed be wonderful, but sadly I won't believe it until the flyaways are over... (I believe that they are still allowed to miss up to a maximum of three races, so have until Bahrain to turn up and attempt to compete.)

The Manor news is getting better and better as Ferrari announce that they will give Manor their engines, albeit in 2014 spec.

Is it going to happen? I'm afraid to believe it, but I want to believe it!
Just a little thing that came across my mind... What if this is going to be a Brawn GP scenario?

If they are on the grid in Melbourne, I think it's right to give them the IIDOTC (Infinite Improbability Drive Of The Century) award, isn't it?

Nah. Let's just go all out and give them the IIDOTM. The Infinite Improbability Drive not of the Minute, nor of the Month, but of the Millennium!Bass_tBone wrote:If they are on the grid in Melbourne, I think it's right to give them the IIDOTC (Infinite Improbability Drive Of The Century) award, isn't it?
Unless Caterham joins them, of course...
