Ha! If I get to do the ROTR thread, I'll do this one as well.

    Candidates include:
Nico Hülkenberg, for jumping in the Pink Panther at even shorter notice than his first substitute appearance, and turning an inauspicious Saturday into what is probably his last chance at a points finish for who knows how long.
Daniel Ricciardo, for finally dragging a Renault-powered Renault to a podium.
Rrrrrrrmmmmnn Grrrrrrrjjjjjjjn, for finally dragging a Fiat Panda-powered Haas to a couple of points, ensuring he doesn't finish on zero for the season.

Got to mention Antiono Giovanzzi who got a point in 10th as well. He needed a good race for his future career (which is unlikely to be in F1 next season)

Riccardo did a great job in the Renault and is putting that car where it probably doesn't belong. Yes he benefited from Bottas retiring and a perfectly timed safety car but he was in the right place at the right time

Got to go for the Hulk though. Would love to see him in the Red Bull next season. From 20th to 8th is impressive considering he was called up so late to replace Stroll. Deserves a seat in f1 (and a decent seat too.)

My vote is for the mechanical gremlins. It's not often that the gremlins have a field day and put in an appearance, but they earnt their money today. They managed to affect at least 20% of the field.

Otherwise, it's the Incredible Hulk. After the disappointment of qualifying, he too earnt his money today and was quite simply Incredible.
